Join the new CBI Health and find where your better begins.About this opportunityAre you a skilled Chiropodist looking for a career opportunity that offers personal and professional growth If so, CBI Health has an excellent opportunity for you to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to provide exemplary client care. As a Chiropodist at our Burlington Foot Clinic, you will provide primary foot care services and participate in the development, delivery and evaluation of foot care-related programs and services.Take an inside look at what you #39;ll do each day

  • Work with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, directed towards maintaining and enhancing their physical abilities, lifestyle and well-being
  • Participate in a collaborative care model providing holistic, comprehensive care to meet the needs of clients
  • Manage and prioritize clinical caseloads, including the coordination and delivery of therapeutic services
  • Promote positive relationships between clients, team members, funders and the community
  • Direct the Pedorthist and/or Technician on the appropriate orthotic and footwear plan, documenting goals of treatment
  • Collaborate with the Foot Care Assistant to provide a seamless client experience
  • Ensure all documentation in the clinical record meets CBI and regulatory body standards
What you need to be successful
  • Registration in good standing with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario
  • Passion about the profession and commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on problem-solving
  • An ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A commitment to facilitating clients #39; needs by exceeding their expectations
  • Relevant experience is an asset
