Job DescriptionDenBok Landscapingamp; Design is in search of a Construction Crew Leader to join our growing team!The Construction Crew Leader has overall responsibility for crew performance, production, and profitability: the Crew Leader is responsible for achieving the overall objectives in completing the required tasks set out by the Operation Manager, Sales Team and in compliance of contract specifications. While the Crew Leader enforces a strong focus on quality of work, they also ensure that a healthy, inclusive company culture is established and maintained among their peers.DenBok Landscapingamp; Design is a well- established, reputable landscapeamp; design company located in Burlington, ON. We provide a services to both residentialamp; commercial properties, specializing in providing year-round grounds careamp; landscape construction for our clients.We Are Currently Looking For An Outstanding Individual, Who Possess 7 To 10 Years Experience In Both a Commercial And Residential Setting, aquot;G quot; Class Drivers License, And Displays The Following Qualities

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Candidates Must Meet The Following Criteria/requirements
  • Plan, implement and manage construction tasks in accordance with priories and goals.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers.
  • Ability to efficiently operate heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, and skid steers.
  • Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity.
  • Supervise, train, and provide feedback to team members.
  • Strong ability to interpret, execute blueprintsamp; site plans.
  • A great understanding of proper principles and procedures of grading and drainage.
  • Ability to operate all types of landscape construction equipment, tools, and vehicles used by the construction department.
  • Knowledge of basic carpentry, and the ability to install common types of wood, chain link and ornamental metal fencing.
  • General understanding of planting proceduresamp; care for trees, shrubs, ground cover, roses, perennials, annuals, and bulbs.
  • Any other skills/qualifications considered an asset.
