The Director strategically directs, develops and implements comprehensive compensation programs that align with the organization #39;s strategic objectives, maintaining competitive positioning in the market, and ensuring legal and contractual compliance. Through collaboration with leadership throughout the network, this position also ensures that the compensation package helps drive performance, talent acquisition and retention across all levels of the organization. The incumbent will work closely with members of the Human Resources leadership teams and managers across affiliates to create a customer focus that is responsive to the needs of our leaders, staff and physicians and ensures effective and efficient operations and HR systems.EDUCATION:Bachelor #39;s Degree, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferredEXPERIENCE:5-7 Years
