Job Description

UW Burlington is a promotional marketing and advertising firm. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time office Administrator. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our organization’s growth and success by assisting with various HR administrative tasks and supporting our recruitment efforts.Responsibilities:

  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, maintaining personnel files, updating HR databases, and handling HR-related inquiries.
  • Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings.
  • Coordinate interview logistics, including room bookings, travel arrangements, and candidate correspondence.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as preparing reports, organizing documents, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements:
  • Must be available Monday through Friday 8:30am-3:30pm, in person at our office in Burlington
  • Previous experience in HR administration or recruitment is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work within a dynamic team environment
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is a plus
