Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through warm calling, using your sales skills to navigate complex environments.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations that articulate the unique value of our life insurance products, tailored to meet diverse client needs.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships, providing ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and retention while seeking opportunities for growth.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is highly beneficial.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written (English required, French a bonus).
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proven capability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
