JOB SUMMARYWe are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer with an SSIS background who loves solving problems that will scale, optimize, and extend the current data warehouse, analysis, and reporting solution. This role is integral to our commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions using Agile methodologies.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPrioritize and profile non-functional projects for scalability and optimization.Collaborate with the product team to enhance solution capabilities based on customer needs.Develop and maintain SSIS packages using Visual Studio SQL Server Integration projects.Design and implement data transformation processes, including cleansing, aggregation, and validation.Ensure data quality and reliability through effective error handling and logging.Work cross-functionally to deliver customer-centric outcomes.Extract data from various sources, including databases, flat files, APIs, and web services.Conduct data mapping and define conversion rules for system compatibility.Drive architectural and design improvements for enhanced customer experience.Break down projects into stories and deliver code that adheres to requirements and quality standards.Uphold product quality through best practices and technical excellence.Address and resolve production incidents as necessary.Create and maintain essential technical documentation.SKILLSamp; EXPERIENCEProven experience in a similar role as a Software or Database Developer5+ years experience and proven skills in Microsoft SSIS and SQL Server T-SQL including DDL,DQL, DML, DCL, TCL.Competence in .Net Framework and C# for SSIS Script Tasks.Bitbucket, Jira, Jenkins, RabbitMQ, Git.Experience in test-driven development environments.Working knowledge of Agile and Kanban methodologies preferred.Familiarity with Azure Data Factory and other Azure features is advantageous.Problem-solving ability and agility in decision-making.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
