Job Description

As a Senior Sales Executive at Trans99 Logistics, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, driving lead generation, qualification, and closure to fuel our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brokerage, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and converting potential customers. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and revenue operations teams to initiate valuable conversations with prospects and establish successful customer relationships. You #39;ll thrive in a team environment with a family atmosphere that promotes healthy competition and high performance.Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads within the logistics industry through various channels including online research, social media, and industry events
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, and networking to introduce our services and generate interest
  • Engage with leads to understand their needs and effectively communicate how our solutions can address their challenges
  • Qualify leads based on criteria and set up appointments or demonstrations to advance the sales process
  • Close deals to onboard new customers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts and share insights on lead quality and conversion rates
  • Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive offerings
  • Participate in regular sales and product training to deepen your understanding of our services
  • Demonstrate expertise in our services to prospective customers
  • Contribute to refining lead generation and qualification processes
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and progress towards targets
Locationamp; Work Arrangement:
  • Based in Burlington, Ontario
  • (Preference for candidates in the Greater Ontario area)
  • Commuting to the office 4 days a week
  • Option to work from home on Fridays
RequirementsQualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in brokerage with a proven track record in sales
  • Established book of business generating 30k-50k margins monthly
  • Consistent growth in book of business over the past few years
  • Experience prospecting new business to expand the book of business
  • Sales experience in the logistics industry
BenefitsCompensation:
  • Salary: $70k-$100k based on experience
  • 8% commission on monthly margins
  • Adding $20k-$50k annually
