In addition, you must have a demonstrated:Ability to work in a self-directed manner. Effective time management and prioritization skills. Excellence in interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Comfort and expertise using a wide array of therapeutic interventions; particularly in dealing with challenging family dynamics and end of life care. Knowledge of current societal, ethical, and cultural issues. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Reliable attendance and punctuality.QUALIFICATIONS:Masters of Social Work (MSW) required. A member in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Recent hospital experience preferred. Familiarity with the PACT (ACTT) Model, Strong clinical and engagement skills, community experience, a commitment to psychosocial rehabilitation values and the Recovery Model, and an ability to function within a shared governance team approach. Experience and competence in providing family (individual and group) support and education. Must hold a valid driver #39;s license, have access to a vehicle, plus be available to work flexible hours, i.e., days, evenings and weekends. -Demonstrates critical- thinking and decision-making skills.Demonstrated effective documentation skills.
