You will be responsible for financial statement preparation. Job Requirements:Responsibilities:
  • General Accounting
  • Daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Balance sheet account reconciliations.
  • Monthly preparation and review of general ledger entries.
  • Inter-company reconciliations.
  • Maintaining the General Ledger system.
  • Preparation of financial reports and supplemental reports.
  • Assist in financial year-end audit.
  • Assist in annual inventory.
  • Review and understand standard costing of manufactured and purchased parts in the ERP system.
  • Report and file government remittances.
  • Support budget preparations.
  • Verify entry of A/P batches prior to posting to the G/L.
  • Develop and maintain accounting procedures, practices, and principles to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Support the Controller with workflow process improvement and pursuing special projects.
  • Special projects requested by senior management.
  • Financial resource for any other department inquiries.
