Job Description

ARM Diesel Solutions is a distributor of spare parts, tools and machines in North America, and is experiencing tremendous growth. We are seeking dedicated, ambitious and enthusiastic Warehouse Associate with an entrepreneurial drive who is eager to grow and to join our team.This is very HANDS ON WAREHOUSE position. Your primary responsibilities will be to plan and control all warehouse operations. You will provide guidance, leadership and manage the efficiencies on a daily basis with a focus on controlling costs to meet target ratios. Dutiesamp; Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall management of warehouse and shipping / receiving material.
  • Prepare products for bagging.
  • Make sure to keep warehouse organize and always count stock when receiving material and update the inventory.
  • Be able to utilize any courier website and prepare shipping waybills, for domestic and international, export and import.
  • Organize, plan, direct and coordinate all workflow within the warehouse.
  • Provide hands on support and assist with daily workload as needed.
  • Optimize product positioning for best use of space.
  • Manage the proper use of the bar code inventory system.
  • Respond to requests for inventory information from other departments.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Physically fit and able to assist with loading and unload during busy times.
  • Can demonstrate past leadership skills.
