You will work closely with attorneys, clients, and financial departments to resolve discrepancies and improve billing efficiency.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage legal billing processes, including invoice preparation and submission.
  • Review invoices for accuracy and compliance with client billing standards.
  • Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies by liaising with clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain detailed records of billing data and generate financial reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in legal billing and familiarity with billing software (Timeslips, Elite, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of legal billing codes and regulations.
