As Vitacore rapidly expands into new product lines and markets, we are looking for talented individuals to join our team to help create a larger impact in healthcare, recycling and more.About the Role:Vitacore Industries is looking for a dynamic, detail oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our incredible Strategic Planning team. Lead by the Team Lead, the Strategic Planning team plays a crucial role in the company and is responsible for many items, such as analyzing market trends, submission of documentation for proposals and grants, and plays a role in forecasting business initiatives. The successful individual will have excellent communication, is comfortable working in a rapidly changing team environment, and enjoys reviewing business information. Collaborating with multiple departments is essential for this position.Responsibilities include:

  • Collecting data and writing material for grant applications.
  • Creating reports on market opportunities.
  • Analyzing business processes in place and creating recommendations.
  • Researching and implementing software solutions.
  • Coordinating logistics with suppliers and our facility.
  • Communicating with other departments to uncover pain points and sharing findings with management.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ideally a minimum of 1 year experience in a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated individuals.
  • Extremely high attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn new things.
  • Adaptable to rapidly evolving workplaces.
  • Prior experience working in a analytical or software role is an asset.
  • Prior experience with persuasive writing is an asset.
