Vitacore has recently launched partnerships with several hospitals and businesses across Canada with its recycling program to reduce single-use plastic waste. As Vitacore rapidly expands into new product lines and markets, we are looking for talented individuals to join our team to help create a larger impact in healthcare, recycling, and more. About the Role:We are seeking a visionary Productamp; Marketing Director to lead our products and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and business acumen to drive the success of our products in the market. This role requires a leader who can inspire cross-functional teams, identify market opportunities, and develop compelling marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy and Development:

  • Lead the development of innovative product strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams in the development process, gathering input and feedback to inform product decisions and enhance go-to-market strategies.
  • Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and oversee the entire product development lifecycle.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities, optimize existing offerings, and position products for maximum customer value.
  • Develop costing, pricing, and gross margin recommendations for new products, aligning with company objectives and market demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R amp;D, Engineers, Operationsamp; Manufacturing, and stakeholders to bring new products to market.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful product launches.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance against established metrics.
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Define target audiences and create compelling messaging and positioning strategies for each product.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, digital assets, and sales enablement tools to support product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Create and deploy new product training for internal and external stakeholders that will enable effective product marketing, sales, and after-sales service and support.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance and ROI across various channels including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional advertising.
  • Examine and analyze product line performance, including sales per SKU and profitability, to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
  • Inspire and mentor a high-performing team of business analysts and creative professionals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product and marketing teams.
  • Partner closely with sales, customer service, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and success across all functions.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership to provide regular updates on product and marketing initiatives, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA is highly valued.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in product management, marketing, or related roles, with a track record of driving successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of product development processes, market research methodologies, and marketing best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
Compensation:
  • $110,000 - $130,000 annual salary range
