This role requires testing both webpages, and our 3D modeling environment. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.Role Responsibilities:

  • Testing:
  • Ensure code meet functional requirements before release
  • Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure quality
  • Collaborate with the team to define acceptance criteria and resolve ambiguity
  • Develop and implement testing plans
Triage Management:
  • Assist in troubleshooting customer bugs to generate reproduction steps
  • Dig into nebulous issues (performance or functional) to identify root cause
  • Prioritize and escalate issues based on impact scale and severity
  • Manage and maintain bug backlog, and associated customer communications when applicable
Automation:
  • Automate repetitive work where possible
  • Develop and maintain automated tests for regression
  • Suggest and implement improvements to the testing process and tools
  • Oversee and manage test automation tooling and implementation
Requirements
  • 6+ years experience in QA testing, with 3+ years in test automation
  • A strong interest in QA testing
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other relevant credentials
  • The ability to work (and interview) in our head office
Skillset:
  • Strong critical thinker with good judgement
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly
Nice-to-have:
  • Experience with Selenium, Playwright/Puppeteer, PowerShell, Bash, Python
  • Proficient scripting with: PowerShell, bash, python
  • Experience with .NET Core, SQL, JavaScript / TypeScript
