Job Description

On behalf of our Public Sector Client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Site Lead (eReferralsamp; eOrders) to join our Client #39;s team on a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extensions. This role is Hybrid, with travel to various BC health sites, and the Client is based in Burnaby, BC.Summary of the Role:Our client is seeking a Site Lead to support the deployment of digital health solutions across BC. The successful candidate will lead site activations, onboard clinics, and hospital staff, manage stakeholder relationships, conduct training, and ensure the smooth implementation of eReferrals and eOrders.Dutiesamp; Responsibilities:

  • Deploy digital health solutions, including eReferrals and eOrders, across BC.
  • Lead site activations, onboarding clinics, hospital staff, and physicians.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring smooth project implementation.
  • Provide training and presentations to clinical and non-clinical audiences.
  • Coordinate and oversee multiple Agile projects simultaneously.
  • Translate technical information into plain language for diverse audiences.
Core Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of OceanMD.
  • Completion of Ocean Training Academy eReferral courses (proof required).
  • Solid understanding of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple Agile projects.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clinical and non-clinical staff, senior leadership, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Desired Skillsamp; Experience:
  • Experience working with BC Health Authorities.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • PMP certification (considered an asset).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Experience working directly with clinics, hospital staff, and physicians on digital health projects.
  • Strong understanding of provincial health ecosystems and technology integration.
  • Previous experience leading site activations and training teams.
Terms:This is a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extensions. The role is Hybrid, with travel required to various BC health sites. Candidates are expected to use their own/company hardware.
