We are looking at growing each division including: Accounting, Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, and Healthcare.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic salesamp; marketing plans to target new and existing clients including coordinating with staff to meet and expand relationships with existing clients.
  • Grow your client base by marketing Partner’s Contract and Permanent recruiting services by phone, email, social media to businesses.
  • Meet with senior level individuals at client companies.
  • Bring orders from clients to be filled with candidates.
  • Connect and interact with organizations and associations that cement your presence in the minds of local businesses.
  • Set and exceed targets for business development on a weekly basis and support your team in doing the same.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years’ experience in B2B (business-to-business sales), including extensive experience reaching out to C-Level business clients.
  • A tenacious nature; you enjoy finding a way.
  • Driven to help businesses grow and expand.
  • Ability to speak with business people and improvise as the needs evolve.
  • Love a busy environment and are excited to energize the environment around you.
  • A track record of success.
