Account ManagerCalgary, Albertasermo.farm is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team. This individual will support our cultivated content™ and strategic storytelling™ business and manage clients at varying tiers of revenue. The ideal candidate is someone who is team-oriented, passionate about innovation, has exceptional communication skills, and is able to work cross-functionally aligning multiple clients success with the work of our Content Team.As a significant component of our client base includes agriculture, science, biotechnology and fintech spaces, any interest, knowledge and experience in these areas is also an asset.The work: · Develop strategic proposal decks to support client activity and new business· Manage client plans including aligning resources and managing workflow· Nurture positive and partnering relationships with all clients· Contribute to successful sermo.farm brand and culture· Hybrid/remote work available.
