Job Description

*Open to applicants outside of the Calgary area. Trait is a full-service marketing agency. We assist clients across Canada with brand development, website design and development, marketing materials, social media management, and ongoing marketing support. We are excited for a full-time Account Manager to join our growing team of professionals.As an Account Manager, Content, you will contribute to executing on the content marketing strategy for a group of clients. In addition, you will oversee the agency-client relationship, determining clients’ needs, collaborating across team and ensuring the agency delivers.Responsibilities

  • Plan, research, write copy and edit content for presentations, internal customer research, proposals, printed material, social media and web content.
  • Understand the client’s audience and reflect copy for the target audience
  • Manage the timely delivery and updates of various content types
  • Address and problem solve content operations issues; escalate as needed
  • Be a key part of the quality assurance process for launching new and revised content.
  • Fact-check content and ensure the use of proper spelling and grammar, according to the brand’s style.
  • Navigate a variety of content management systems.
  • Supports the Project Manager in monitoring timelines and deadlines for projects and reports issues and blockers.
  • Aids in administrative support such as composing client correspondence for the Director as well as writing and editing.
