Hello! Were looking for an acupuncturist to join our thriving practice at Capitol Chiropractic. Weve been serving our community for over 30 years and have a very loyal and consistent patient base. Were looking for someone, preferably someone with a client base of his or her own, to come and work alongside Dr. Douglas Reid and share in the benefits and responsibilities of our fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Please note that preference will be given to practitioners with a solid patient base of their own.Our office boasts four spacious treatment rooms. We also have a sunny reception area, a kitchen, and private office space. Our office is located just 10 minutes from downtown Calgary, and we have ample parking.About Dr. Reid: Dr. Douglas Reid graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelors Degree in Science before pursuing his Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Following his graduation, Dr. Reid earned a Fellowship Degree from the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences, with a specialization in Sports Injuries and Chiropractic Rehabilitation. Dr. Reid is a Graduate of the Parker Chiropractic Research Foundation and served as the Chair for the College of Chiropractors of Alberta Sports Committee from 1990-1994. In 2008, he was awarded the Silver Star Award for 25 years of outstanding performance as a chiropractor by The College and Association of Chiropractors of Alberta. Dr. Reid focuses on preventative wellness care and specializes on the treatment of joint stiffness, acute and general pain, sports injuries, and more by maximizing the bodys natural ability to heal itself.
