Job Description

We’re looking for an Administrative Support I to join our growing team!What you’ll do here:

  • Effectively deliver facility services as it relates to day-to-day activities and project based tasks
  • Organize and coordinate security cards, storage, building requirements, liaising with security
  • Respond to requests and issues regarding building and/or furniture as reported by local regional staff and management
  • Work in Oracle to process and reconcile invoices and spreadsheets
  • Support projects or new initiatives as requested.
  • Work closely with the Office Services team
What you bring to the table:
  • Minimum of 2 year experience in a similar role or customer service based function
  • Must be able to work outside of core business hours as needed
  • Flexible and able to adjust to the changing business needs
  • Stong attention to detail and able to raise concerns before they become issues
  • Legendary customer service and relationship building
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized and able to manage workflow efficiently without continuous supervision
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge and experience using Oracle is an asset
