Your Opportunity:Working in the fast-paced, public-facing Patient Service Centre (PSC), Alberta Precision Laboratories (APL) needs an Administrative Support II to provide exceptional customer service that enhances the patient experience in the PSCs. With great written and verbal communication skills, you can communicate and respond to questions in a clear, professional manner. You’ll greet and triage patients, ensuring compliance with COVID19 protocols, manage lineups, and receive drop-off samples are just some of the tasks performed by Door Screeners. Working independently and as part of a team, you can meet deadlines and benchmarks, follow established policies and procedures, and ensure the privacy of patients and staff alike while consistently displaying a high level of attention to detail. Accountable for your own actions, you readily learn from mistakes and demonstrate personal leadership through change as you support and promote change initiatives.
