Job Description

Your Opportunity:The Alberta Referral Directory (ARD) is a Path to Care managed resource that centralizes referral information into a single provincial online directory. The ARD Administrative Assistant will help support the team in the implementation of the ARD quality assurance plans and roadmaps with the goal of improving content to ensure referring providers have the required information to send complete and appropriate referrals. This a great opportunity for candidates with experience in administrative support, referral processing and data entry in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities include: reviewing reports, tracking statuses, cold calling services and consultants to obtain missing profile information, information verification, extensive data entry for new and existing profiles, profile editing, helpdesk support and other duties as assigned. The assistant will also be responsible for Path to Care administrative tasks such as timekeeping, meeting coordination, share drive organization, Sharepoint organization, meeting minutes, onboarding, documentation, etc. This roles requires excellent communication, time management and organizational skills. The incumbent must be flexible with changing priorities and duties as required.
