If you have a friendly, a put-me-in-coach attitude, and are looking for a varied work environment this is the area for you.The RoleReporting to the Senior Advisor, Communications, this role is all about writing lots of great content. As part of the Marketing team, you’ll contribute to the planning and creation of content to support all three lines of business (ATCOenergy, Blue Flame Kitchen and Rümi) and our customer care team. Whether you’re supporting our advisors with key messages, generating social media and web content for our followers, writing scripts for educational videos or adding some oomph to reports and presentations, you’ll be a champion for our brand voice both internally and externally.You’ll create and advise on social media calendars, in consultation with business leads, interview industry experts and conduct research to generate helpful content. You’ll also act as a liaison between the marketing team and our Customer Care Happiness Centre, and maintain the documentation needed to share plans, processes and procedures between teams.In addition to tremendous writing skills, you have strong competency in major social media platforms, using best practices to boost genuine engagement. Photoshop skills and an intermediate understanding of design principles will also be helpful.After reading about this role, we want you to ask yourself:
