  • Care for Contingent Workforce category including Fieldglass Office
  • Work with Corporate key stakeholders to negotiate vendor contracts
  • Develop Sourcing and Procurement strategies to service requirements of Corporate functions
  • Create and develop Purchase Orders as necessary to support P2P process
  • Support Nutrien internal customers (“end users”) as the Procurement Business Partner
  • When required manage and develop end to end RFx process for Corporate groups including HR, IT, Finance, Corporate Development and Strategy etc.
  • Support and develop supplier relationships by:
  • Lead periodic performance, business, and financial reviews with local suppliers, based on agreed upon KPIs utilizing the center led procurement quarterly business review (QBR) model
  • Ensure that KPI data is accurate and regularly updated. Ensure that suppliers are informed of their performance results and appropriate resolutions are identified and implement (when needed)
  • Process invoices in a timely manner following Nutrien procurement policy and procedures
  • Address inquiries from suppliers and engage appropriate stakeholders as required
  • Meet individual and department goals & objectives targets identified by management
  • Perform additional tasks as defined by the Corporate Procurement Lead
What you will bring:
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Procurement, Contracts, and Supply Chain Management
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience working with SAP Fieldglass strongly preferred
  • Certifications in disciplines such as Procurement (SCMP/CPSM) preferred
  • Experience working with SAP Ariba preferred
  • Broad experience in supply chain, sourcing, and contracting processes and tools, and a more targeted experience in spend analytics, category strategy development and implementation, competitive sourcing, supplier negotiations & contract execution, supplier relationship & contract management and supplier risk management
  • Experience with Nutrien ERP systems including Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft
  • Track record of effectively catalyzing and managing organizational change and influencing diverse audiences to achieve challenging targets
  • Possess strong stakeholder management and business development skills
  • Critical thinking abilities and experience using quantitative insights to make decisions and impact stakeholders
  • Ability to work with a variety of internal customers and external suppliers with time sensitive asks
  • Thorough communication and interpersonal skills with comfort working cross-functionally to gather information and resolve conflicts

Compensation & Benefits:$74,000 - $101,750. This range is estimated for Advisor, Procurement, Corporate in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week. In addition, we have a retirement program that encourages our employees to save for the longer term, with generous matching employer contributions.
