In working with Engineers, Analytic Specialists and Analysts within the Asset Performance Analytics and Asset Performance Maintenance Team, the Analyst will provide support in maintenance program management, reporting, processes and procedures development, and support data quality management.Major Responsibilities:

• Support asset lifecycle management through gap analysis, project documentation and process auditing
• Analyze asset data to drive data quality improvements
• Support projects and initiatives to improve quality of asset data
• Work with internal stakeholders to provide asset information
• Participate in asset data quality improvements initiatives
• Support maintenance program management of budgets, completion rates and monthly reporting
• Ensure compliance of maintenance programs including programs that adhere to Alberta Reliability Standards.
• Support management of Transmission maintenance programs
• Prepare, create, and maintain reports for maintenance programs that adhere to Alberta Reliability Standards
• Support continuous improvements initiatives to enhance maintenance program management and program execution
• Create, maintain, and analyze technical documentation and business processes

Education Required:

• University Degree in Business or Commerce with a minimum of 2 years’ related experience; or technical diploma with a minimum of 4 years’ related experience

Qualifications & Experience:

• Utility Experience
• Experience with MS Excel, PowerBI
• Knowledge and experience with IBM Maximo
• Experience working with Asset Management Teams is considered an Asset
