Job Description

Are you a lawyer who wishes you could do your legal work without doing the business development or marketing Do you hate hourly billing Are you interested in flexible hours and flexible working arrangements Our growing firm is looking for an associate lawyer like you. We have great people, lots of work, and a drive to continually improve our processes and workflows.We work primarily with small businesses and their owners. As an associate lawyer in our firm, you would draft, review, and revise contracts and other legal documents for those businesses and owners.This job might be for you if:

  • You are a fan of the Oxford comma. You communicate clearly and write well.
  • You pay attention to details and think about how they fit into the big picture.
  • You get things done. You value efficiency and productivity, not busyness, and you stay focused.
To land this job, you need to have at least 3 years of experience practicing business law and be a member of the Law Society of Alberta in good standing.Application/interview process:
