Job Description

Canadian Tire Pacific Place is currently looking to fill Service Advising position within our busy Service Centre. Service repair knowledge is essential.Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining department presentation, productivity and customer service representation
  • Provide assistance to customers, maintain supplies and equipment.
  • Work with our CoStar system to intake, prepare and explain quotes and invoices to customers, discussing recommended repairs and maintenance with technicians etc.
  • Comfortable with cashier functions to sell the invoices to customers.
Physical demands include:
  • Standing/walking for 8 hours.
  • Lifting and/or carrying of merchandise items that may vary in weight from light to heavy.
  • Lifting and turning repeatedly thought the shift.
  • Lifting above the shoulder, from floor to shoulder and floor to waist.
  • Walking and carrying at the same time and pushing and pulling as required.
  • Twisting and turning, reaching and working above the shoulder level.
Must be available Evenings & Weekends as needed.Must have knowledge of automotive service, computer literate, Customer CSI, knowledge of costar and Mitchell On Demand.Work Remotely
