We believe our open and honest policy with the right care will extend the life of any car or truck.Status: Full TimeShifts: 40-hour work week – Mon - Fri: 8am - 5:30pm, Sat - Sun: ClosedWage: Depending on relevant experience starting wage is between $20.00 and $25.00 per hour.Benefit program available after successful completion of 3-month probation period.FocusA service writer provides a connection between a customer and a business. Taking the customers needs into consideration, a service writer facilitates the transaction between the customer and the company.Service writers ensure that a customers needs are being fulfilled. Service writers possess product knowledge and bring efficiency to the relationship between a customer and the business. Working as a liaison for the business, an effective service writer brings competence to a customers experience by coordinating the transactionKey Accountabilities: · Customer Service focused with the ability to interact with all customers· Customer satisfaction oriented through successful management of product or service delivery.· Tracking repairs and their causes,· Scheduling technicians· Processing warranties.· Maintaining and updating Customer profile information on a computer system· Cost estimating.· Complete repair logs including what parts are needed, how much time should be allocated to make the repair and schedules the appropriate technician for the job based on the customer and their repair needs.· Communicate repair logs to both the customer and the employer a timely fashion.· Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude· Abide by company practices which includes following all written & verbal instructionsKey Attributes and Skills· Must be fluent in English Language (verbal and written)· Reliable and punctual· Customer Service focused· Good communication skills
