Our Sales teamwork in partnership with our global customers to build loyalty and develop sales growth. We take responsibility for the long-term success of the business by building trusted relationships and an understanding of our customers.Shape financial planning strategyAs a Billing Analyst you will collaborate with our Sales and Operations teams, processing customers invoices in a fast-paced environment. You will work with a global team of billers to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.As a Billing and Collections Analyst, you will be responsible for:Monitoring invoice tracking reports for all North America billing, ensuring all electronic invoices are successfully transmittedCreating credit memos and concessions to resolve customer issuesCollaborating with cross-functional teams to provide support for execution and delivery of customer projects and requirementsWorking with internal and external customers to ensure timely collectionsFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelors degree or a High School Diploma /GED7+years experience in accounting or finance (preferred)Display attention to detail, having good IT Skills including experience of SAPDemonstrate knowledge/ experience of working in a Billing/Accounting environmentDemonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, able to present to a range of audiencesHave excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence othersHave the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously in a global environmentHave an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutionsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.   • Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; additional overtime as needed
