Job Description

We are looking for a friendly face to join our Food and Beverage team! This is the perfect opportunity to expand your knowledge and grow in the hospitality industry.Rate:$15.00/hourHours: We are looking for part-time employees at this time, with the possibility of becoming full-time in the future.Shifts:Must have flexible availability. Schedule may include morning, evening, and mid-shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.Experience/Skills:

  • Previous serving experience is an asset.
  • Pro Serve certification is an asset.
  • Great customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, with good time management skills.
  • Able to adapt to different situations, and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and provide the best experience possible to our guests!
Duties:
  • Serving essentials; welcoming guests, creating guest orders, running meals, and room service delivery.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the products and menu items offered.
  • Assist with guest requests and questions.
  • Resolve guest issues to the best of your ability.
  • Assist with standard cleaning duties.
  • Communicate efficiently with other hotel departments and team members.
  • Ensure a professional and friendly manner at all times.
  • Other duties may be required, and can be expanded on during the interview process.
