· YOU MUST HAVE A RELIABLE VEHICLE YOU CAN USE FOR THIS JOB, to travel to the condo buildings. Public transport is not an option.· Car Allowance will be provided for work-related driving.· Dental and Health benefits for full time staff.· You will be assigned work at Condominium Buildings in SE Calgary, New Brighton and Auburn Bay.· 37.5 hours per week.· Must be available daytime, weekdays (there are NO weekend or evening hours)· Duties include cleaning common areas of condominium buildings (hallways, elevators, entrances, recreation areas, etc)· Duties include wiping, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, changing light bulbs, etc.· Must be physically fit, able to walk, kneel, bend, climb stairs, climb a ladder, lift up to 10 lbs, reach overhead· Must have very good written and verbal English communication skills· Must be able to use email and text messaging for communication. Your own cell phone is required· Must be able to work on your own and independently· Training will be provided· Equipment and supplies needed for cleaning will be provided· Positive work environmentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From $16.50 per hourBenefits:
