Your Opportunity:Reporting to the Director - Medical Informatics Program, this position provides consultative services to clinical and business groups provincially using specialized knowledge and skills to design, develop, and test program support tools/reports/templates for clinical and non-clinical professionals. The Business Analyst is part of a team that supports informatics and complex clinical information systems within AHS. This role must be able to identify solutions to multifaceted audience requirements and align with various governance requirements. Technical solutions for complex demands must be designed and evaluated for feasibility on multiple hosting platforms for AHS use as well as for external partner group use.Description:As a Business Analyst, you will work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. You will interpret client needs, assess requirements and identify solutions to non-standard issues and requests, provide advice and direction to clients, and contribute to solutions by providing input into strategy, workflows and delivery for assigned projects and programs.
