To see what this looks like in action, check out the “Ideal Candidate” section below.About the RoleThinkTech works in partnership with BDC and provides enterprise-level strategic guidance to prospective and new clients. This new Sr. Business Analyst role will be hired through a collaborative recruitment process with BDC.This role would be responsible for guiding enterprise-level prospective and new clients through the ThinkTech onboarding process by focusing on the following key activities:

• Conducting client workshops to visually demonstrate and document all the steps and decisions in a business process map.
• Evaluating the digital maturity of a small to medium enterprise (SME).
• Drawing a roadmap of the customer journey from brand awareness to client retention.
• Conduct workshops to create business model canvas (BMC) for clients.
• Technical research on various digital solutions that fit the needs of an SME.
• Understanding their current technology stack and recommending digital solutions against their business needs.
• Creating detailed process maps for procured-to-pay processes in clients’ business.
• Drafting and publishing digital audit reports.

• Technical content writing

Experience & Background

• Preferably a degree in Business Administration, Sciences, Mathematics, Information Technology or related discipline
• 3+ years supporting enterprise-level businesses
• Must have a Business Analyst Certification
• Must have a good knowledge of digital solutions and ERP systems used by various departments such as marketing, sales, operations, supply chain, and procurement in manufacturing and industrial companies.
