If you want to be a brand ambassador who can help strive efficiencies for the bank, then join our team and make an impactful contribution to TD and your own success.Job DescriptionAs Business Program Analyst III, you will provide a broad range of analysis and project support in the development and monitoring of business programs, processes and procedures. You will also contribute to the business mandate though research and analysis, content curation, and design recommendations for a specialized business. Furthermore, you will:

  • Conduct regular, ongoing analysis, evaluation / assessment and review of business initiatives and programs
  • Maintain up to date awareness of business landscape; assess where gaps exist, support the implementation of programs which meet or exceed employee expectations
  • Conduct ongoing industry and competitive analysis to obtain market insights
  • Prioritize and handle own workload to meet service level agreements requirements for service and productivity
  • Consistently exercise discretion in handling correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; raise issues where appropriate
  • Be knowledgeable of practices and procedures within own area of responsibility and stay ahead of emerging trends for own functional area
  • Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and collaboration and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest
  • Support the team by continuously improving knowledge / expertise in own area and participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business unit
  • Keep current on emerging trends/ developments and grow knowledge of the business, related tools and techniques
  • Provide specialized guidance/assistance/support
  • Independently perform activities from end to end through advanced understanding of policies, processes, procedures, systems and concepts within own area of specialty and integration points
Job Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree and/or over 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in using related software and tools including Windows and MS Office Suite
  • Proficient to work multi-functionally, provide mentorship to other team members and ensure good relations across teams and functions
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) skills to interact clearly and effectively in a fast-changing environment
  • A high-energy Individual who can exercise initiatives with minimal discretion and be thorough, accurate, and detail oriented to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
