About Mount Royal UniversityFounded in 1910 and located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Mount Royal University grew into a vibrant college in the 1930s and became a mid-sized university in 2009. This is accomplished by delivering transformative community-engaged learning experiences. The Institute has been delivering on this mission for over 10 years.In 2017, under the leadership of Dr. Simon Raby, the Institute started the Growth Compass initiative to deliver evidence-based insights and intelligence on business growth and scaling. These insights led to the development of world-class programs designed to support business leaders ambitious for growth. With the support of funding from the provincial and federal government along with corporate donors, the Institute is now building a high-performance team to focus on the design and delivery of Scale-Up and Growth Programs.About the PositionReporting to the Director, Scale-Up and Growth Programs, the Program Lead will own the execution of the flagship programs including the Growth Catalyst, Innovation Accelerator and the Growth and Resilience Speaker Series. They will take the lead to ensure all internal and external resources are aligned to deliver a transformational experience for the business leaders who participate in the program. They will be responsible for the end-to-end client experience working directly with participants, facilitators, coaches and other members of the team.Success in this role will require an individual who is exceptional at planning, execution, and communication.This is a full-time (35 hours per week), conditionally funded term with an end date of June 30, 2025.ResponsibilitiesProgram Delivery
