Able to manage and nurture relationships with the C-suite within those accounts.3. Be able to understand the customers business, determine their challenges, and position Kyndryl as the partner of choice.4. Act as a trusted advisor/consultant.5. Manage sales processes and lifecycle management.Required Technical and Professional Expertise1. 10-15 years of experience in Western Canada.2. Demonstrated experience in successful customer relationship management3. Strong business acumen and leadership skills4. Strong presentations, communication, and interpersonal skills5. Demonstrated performance in delivering sales results6. Demonstrated ability to manage sales lifecycle process through large ERP systemsPreferred Technical and Professional Experience1. Demonstrated ability to manage multi-year large budget services contracts2. Contract management experience within large organizations3. Demonstrated ability to manage supply chain, legal and delivery organizations4. Demonstrated continued communication with customers such as Quarterly Business Reviews or business performance surveys5.
