We are looking for individuals who share the same values to join our small team.If you are the Café Server that we are looking for, you will:

  • Have a genuine enthusiasm for the concept and philosophy of Empire Provisions
  • Provide a superior level of hospitality and accommodation towards our clients and guests
  • Have an active role in creating a work environment that is professional and welcoming for all staff
  • Maintain a professional conduct when working as a representative of Empire Provisions
  • Have a willingness to adapt and learn when faced with new opportunities for growth
  • Be knowledgable in all of Empire Provisions’ offerings
Requirements and Assets for the position are:
  • High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 2 years with previous experience in direct customer service is required
  • ProServe Certified to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Enthusiasm and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to perform basic calculations and mathematical skills
  • Superior customer service and people skills, ability to work independently or within a team environment
  • Highly flexible, with solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to the restaurant industry
  • Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a consistent display of professionalism
  • Acquire and maintain a strong knowledge of trends in the food industry
  • Highly effective teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail in all areas of work
