Job Description

Radventures Campervans are a fast growing Calgary based campervan rental company with a passion for road-tripping in the Canadian Rockies. We have established ourselves as one of the top, budget friendly campervan rental agencies in Canada! We’re also a tight-knit group of friends who love spreading the travel bug. And guess what — we’re hiring!We’re looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service for our depot in NE Calgary. You’ll be the face of our company, ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition, and taking ownership of all issues that need to be managed to ensure smooth operation of the depot.In this part-time (15-20 hours per week) position, you’ll be working closely with our Reservations Manager and other members of our team.What you’ll do:

  • Handling incoming reservations, welcoming guests and taking care of check-ins and check-outs
  • Preparing and cleaning our campervans
  • Maintaining our campervans in top condition and monitor maintenance and repairing needs
  • Basic vehicle maintenance
  • Providing shuttle services between YYC, Banff, Canmore, downtown Calgary and our depot for guests
  • Handling complaints and troubleshooting emergencies
Who you are:
  • You have work experience in Travel, Hospitality, Car Rental or Customer Service environments
  • You’re fluent in English (mandatory) and comfortable chatting with guests, offering advice and recommendations for their travel plans in Canada
  • You’re eligible to work in Canada, have a valid drivers licence and feel confident enough to drive a campervan (mandatory)
  • You’re available for flexible working hours (mandatory), this position is hands-on and could be 2-4 hours or 8 hours in a working day
  • You’re a responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon
  • You’re well-organized and you’re good at solving problems
  • Bonus points if you are mechanically handy or have other language skills
