We are seeking a Master or Journeyman Plumber to join our maintenance team!The successful candidate must:- be able to determine layout of systems and networks- ability to read plans- install, repair, service and maintain plumbing systems- maintenance service oriented- locate and mark position of connections, holes and fixtures- cut holes to accommodate pipers, fittings and appliances- work with hydronic heating and cooling system- be certified- estimate labour and material costs- have a provincial gas fitters license- have a WHMIS certificate- have excellent written and verbal communication skills- have professional customer service skills- work well independently, as well as, in a team environment- be driven to find solutions- be able to plan, organize and execute the project at hand- be deadline driven without compromising the project- possess a valid drivers license and own a reliable vehicle - truck or van- own tools of the trade- be bondable- successfully complete a security clearanceJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentSalary: From $34.00 per hourFlexible Language Requirement:
