The primary accountability will be to create and implement change management tactics and plans to drive faster adoption, greater utilization, and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees at TD Insurance.This role will be responsible for supporting training and communication needs, leading and assessing change tactic feasibility and urgency for low impact initiatives and recommending and prioritizing change management activities. The incumbent will also be responsible for regularly articulating updates, observations, and recommendations in a variety of formats for stakeholders (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, Stakeholder Analysis including Change Assessment, Change Plans and ad hoc reports) as required by management.As a Change Management Analyst, you will:
