Grow with us.Department OverviewThe Change Management Team is responsible for delivering high value projects across TD Insurance, focusing on the people side of change to enable project success by utilizing industry standard and TD enterprise specific change management methodologies to deliver the change.We apply a structured approach to assess, strategize, and plan for change to minimize its disruptive nature. Additionally, we look to equip colleagues and leaders to embrace and adopt the changes to reach more stable outcomes and support realization of business benefits.Job DescriptionAre you ready to deepen your experience and expertise in change management Do you thrive as the go-to resource, reliably leading change management support tasks Reporting to the Manager, Change Management, Business Architecture, Innovation and Delivery; the Change Management Analyst will work closely with project teams, business owners, and business partners on change initiatives to ensure a positive employee experience. The primary accountability will be to create and implement change management tactics and plans to drive faster adoption, greater utilization, and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees at TD Insurance.This role will be responsible for supporting training and communication needs, leading and assessing change tactic feasibility and urgency for low impact initiatives and recommending and prioritizing change management activities. The incumbent will also be responsible for regularly articulating updates, observations, and recommendations in a variety of formats for stakeholders (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, Stakeholder Analysis including Change Assessment, Change Plans and ad hoc reports) as required by management.As a Change Management Analyst, you will:

  • Identify impacts and risks to customers, stakeholders, and employees to achieve business results
  • Understand work packages of each assigned initiative inclusive of constraints (e.g., time, cost, people resources) and maintain a customer-centric approach
  • Provide communication support to team/ stakeholders /partners under guidance of management
  • Provide training support, inclusive of facilitation, to team/ stakeholders/ partners under guidance of management
  • Acts as the Change Management lead, delivering end-to-end tactics and support on small and low complexity initiatives / projects
  • Create change plans and activities that drive adoption of change
  • Collaborates with project /change stakeholders to complete assigned deliverables
  • Understands business context when providing guidance on TDs change methodology and framework(s) to external stakeholders
  • Gather information / provide research support as an input for recommendations and direction to support end-to-end stakeholder experience when making decisions
  • Respond to inquiries and escalate concerns from stakeholders and partners at appropriate levels in the organization
  • Ensure timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems while assessing options and recommendations for prompt resolution
  • Contribute to various operational activities and processes as assigned
  • Solves moderately complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and shifting project needs while executing with excellence
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams, with minimal supervision within a variety of situations
  • Creative thinker, who demonstrates initiative and flexibility to change, positively rising to challenges presented
Job RequirementsCertifications:
  • Undergraduate degree
Experience:
  • Three (3) or more years of related experience
  • Prior change management experience is an asset
  • Minimum 2 years working in insurance is preferred
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to partner with and influence individuals as well as cross-functional teams is an asset
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, including comfort facilitating meetings and interacting with a broad range of audiences including executives
  • Superior administrative ability including timely follow up, priority setting skills and ability to meet sensitive timelines
  • Experience in successfully championing change within a business and/or across multiple businesses
  • Proven track record of strong relationship building skills with diverse business partners and stakeholders
  • Strong facilitation skills

  • Strategic thinker
  • Proficiency in all MS Office applications are required
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships
