Job Description

Chef de PartieWe are looking for a full-time Chef de Partie to join our team. At Winebar Kensington we strive to be leaders in the culinary scene, always working to (re)define the industry and ourselves and to have fun while we are doing it!Job responsibilities include:

  • Work in collaboration with the sous chef and kitchen team to execute menu to a high standard of quality and consistency
  • Set up, stock and maintain food station always ensuring an exceptional level of cleanliness
  • Complete food preparations efficiently and in timely manner
  • Ensure safe food handling at all times
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with kitchen team, front-of-house staff, and customers
Requirements:
  • Formal training in culinary arts or currently enrolled in a culinary arts program
  • Previous cooking experience
  • Food handling certificate
  • Desire to work as part of team
  • Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Desire to work in an open kitchen where you will interact with customers regularly
