This position performs specific tasks that require elevated support skills that require attention to detail, time management and teamwork. This role adds an immense amount of value for our internal teams that take our services to the next level. The Samples Coordinator provides unique engagement activities which include, but are not limited to samples fulfillment, shipping, receiving of goods and working closely with the teams.What youll do

  • Working closely with the SCS Team following and implementing processes
  • Create purchase orders and transfers
  • Receiving samples from vendors and our fulfilment centers
  • Packaging sample/size runs to be sent to customers and/or sales teams
  • Help maintain the samples account to ensure processes are met
  • Return unwanted samples to the vendors
  • Help to maintain the lending library and the sample stock inventory
  • Assisting with the BOL’s and the RA paperwork
  • Address sales team PMM and AX product issues
  • Maintain tracking spreadsheets for orders and quarterly KPI’s
  • Invoicing when required
  • Other tasks that may be assigned
What you bring
  • Minimum 1-year experience in an Office, Retail, or Customer Service Warehouse role
  • Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Efficient and adaptable with excellent all-round administrative abilities
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, be organized and flexible
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Well presented with a positive, proactive, and professional approach
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with Mark’s Commercial systems and processes an asset
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
