CLIENT SERVICES ADMINISTRATORSTATUS: Part time/Approx. 24-28 hours/week. Wednesdays 3:00-9:00pm, Thursdays 3:00-9:00pm, Fridays 3:00-7:00pm, Saturdays 9:00am-3:00pm, Sundays 9:00am-1:00pmSPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Front line desk work, administration, sales and customer service.Responsibilities include: -Providing exceptional service to students, families and faculty.-Demonstrating extensive knowledge of the programs and services we offer.-Adapting and integrating new features of technology in daily processes.-Building activities and programs using our software system.-Completing administrative tasks-Processing enrollments.-Managing customer accounts.-Completing sales transactions.-Answering phones and emails.-Administering Disinfecting/Cleaning ProtocolQUALIFICATIONS-Proven customer service skills.-At least 2 years of office administration.-Technical expertise in Microsoft office and database software systems.-Highly adaptable technical skills-Experience with scheduling and event coordination.-Basic understanding of accounting is an asset.-Sales experience is an asset.-Superior English language skillsPOSITION: The successful candidate is a quick learner, multi-tasker who is inspired to create and contribute to a thriving, dynamic work environment. Creative problem solving skills, working under pressure, meeting important deadlines, attention to detail, self-motivation and team building skills are essential. Friendly demeanor is a must as is excellent English language skills.ABOUT: Established in 2002, Chinook School of Music is Western Canada’s largest independent music school. With a client base of over 1300 students, our specialty is private music instruction and group programming for ages 6 months to adults. Our facility hosts 14 private teaching studios, two large classrooms, two waiting areas and one administrative office area.
