And most importantly, you get a thrill out of helping bring ideas that improve mental, emotional, physical or spiritual well-being onto the world stage.A bit about the role and responsibilities...As the client strategist, the areas that you will be responsible for include:

• Identifying and developing the marketing strategy for our portfolio of clients including the needs of potential clients.
• Developing angles and funnel concepts alongside creative team.
• Liaising with operations team to execute on the vision and deploy them at a high standard of excellence.
• Prioritizing initiatives from competing options.
• Communicating with our clients through the delivery process.
• Identifying opportunities for growth by looking through data.
• Managing overall acquisition budgets.
• Forecasting of growth and leveraging the internal media buying, creative and operations team, as well as those of the client, to drive growth against a set of goals.

Some of the experience you have:

• Previously managed marketing campaigns with 7-figure (annual) spends across multiple channels.
• 3 or more years of previous experience creating and overseeing direct response marketing campaigns.
• 1 or more years of previous experience managing remote client relationships.
• Familiar with paid digital media (media buying experience not required, though conceptualizing campaigns and working with media buyers will be a key aspect of the role).
• Experience generating insights from data in Google Analytics or similar.
• Familiar with G Suite.
• A flair for design.
• Strong written communication skills.

This position can be either out of our harbourfront Victoria, Canada office, or remote within North America.
