When in the candidate zone, you will be able to see your previous applications for both IBM and Kyndryl.For further information on privacy, please visit www.kyndryl.com/privacy.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesClient Technical Solutioners (CTS) for Services Integration, create and maintain strong, trusted client relationships at all levels within the clients business. The CTS supports the Technical Solutions Manager (TSM) by providing IT Service Management (ITSM) solution recommendations integrating Kyndryl Services capabilities and offerings for their clients applying their broad technical skills, industry knowledge and business acumen. Expertise in consulting engagements, project services and managed services is preferred. The CTS will provide recommendations that leverage third party technologies, reference architectures and technical work products from Kyndryls portfolio of services to solve the clients business challenges, ensuring technical viability and project profitability.Kyndryl has a requirement for a senior individual to develop service management solutions that can be applied across multiple service lines: eg. mainframe, server, storage, digital workplace, network, resiliency and securityPrimary Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership in developing custom, competitive, innovative, cost effective, multi-year service management solutions for our customer’s environment
  • Develop and cost multi-year solutions that best meet the clients and IBM’s business objectives
  • Identify, gather, and analyze client data and cost drivers relevant to the development of solutions
  • Investigate technical alternatives and options to best meet the customer’s strategic direction and objectives
  • Evaluate and understand future technology requirements and demands
  • Support technical aspects of mainframe solution development for proposals and client presentations
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • 8 to 10 years experience in the computer industry with a broad knowledge of IT Service Management including Services Integration and Management (SIAM)
  • Ability to work on complex technical opportunities with tight time lines in any part of Canada (some travel required)
  • Experience with MS Office, Webex, Lotus Notes and Mobile computing products
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and oral skills
  • Excellent customer relationship and customer presentation skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
