Your Opportunity:The Calgary Zone RAI Lead is responsible for overseeing Resident Assessment Instruments (RAI) for Home Care (RAI HC) and LTC (RAI 2.0). This includes interpretation of policies, standards, data quality, education, software requirements and business process changes.Description:The Lead provides expertise in the use of outputs derived from the RAI instruments for decision support. This individual will also oversee RAI education planning, content and delivery – this includes mentoring and leading a team of educators, and overseeing educator and assessor competencies at a provincial level. As a subject matter expert on both RAI HC and RAI 2.0, the lead is expected to chair and participate on several committees, providing expertise, while maintaining a systems perspective and providing support on key strategic initiatives. The lead has a critical role to play in ensuring business processes support and data quality for RAI related activities. Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite (Powerpoint; Excel; Word).Additional Required Qualifications:As Required.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with quality improvement, and the ability to demonstrate systems thinking. Ability to analyze and interpret RAI data, trends, and identify translation to clinical practice. Experience with PARIS electronic health system. Experience working collaboratively on committees, projects and with multiple stakeholders.
