Job Description

Date: Nov 29, 2022Location: Calgary, Alberta, CanadaCompany: Trans MountainThe Trans Mountain Expansion Project will provide increased capacity to support Canadian crude oil production growth and ensure access to global energy markets. The largest project in the pipeline’s history, it involves installing approximately 980 kilometres of new pipeline, as well as new and modified facilities.Reporting to the Closeout & Records Turnover Lead, you will have the opportunity to work with a progressive and fast-paced group of professionals.The Closeout & Records Turnover Coordinator interfaces with functional areas and ensures consistent tracking and reporting on closeout & records turnover activities. This role will support the achievement of the same level of standardization and compliance across all project and corporate areas for closeout & records turnover.Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track closeout & records activities (e.g., records migrations, data volumes, storage locations) for all project and corporate functional areas.
  • Create reports and status updates on closeout & records turnover progress.
  • Interface with stakeholders to address queries on the closeout & records turnover processes.
  • Administer the Closeout & Records Turnover SharePoint site.
  • Plan, coordinate, and maintain minutes for closeout-related meetings.
  • Update and maintain closeout project documents (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, plans).
  • Perform other related duties, as required.
Education, Experience, & Skills:
  • 2-3 years of Records & Information Management (RIM) experience in a corporate setting.
  • Post-secondary RIM diploma or certificate.
  • Working knowledge of project management concepts.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Online.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing client-focused service.
  • Detail-oriented.
