We are cloud based, operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this hands-on role, you will supervise the implementation, maintenance, and security of our company’s computing environment. The successful candidate will have demonstrable skills, proven professional qualifications, and a detailed knowledge of industry’s best practices and processes.About youYou have experience in planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating IT and digital data operations. As an innovator, you are passionate about optimizing cloud infrastructure and will automate where possible. You possess knowledge of regulatory compliance and information security related to SaaS solutions and platforms. You are detailed and have an eye to instituting strong risk management controls. You are a leader with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to easily and effectively interact with technical, non-technical, support, and business staff at all levels.Responsibilities

  • Deploy, support, and monitor information technology and security systems.
  • Purchase and maintain IT equipment.
  • Access provisioning and application integration, including applications access, integrations support to allow simpler workflows, and endpoint management of all devices to control company information.
  • Ensure all team members have the tools and applications available to perform effectively.
  • Provide employee support, including hardware set up and troubleshooting, applications, and access.
  • Maintain access controls to data infrastructure.
  • Cyber Security, including maintain best practices for security procedures, standards and guidelines, and support staff.
  • Work with the technical operations team to implement secure IT solutions and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Lead compliance activities such as information security reviews.
Job Requirements
  • Hands-on experience, technical knowledge and understanding of IT security and associated solutions for SaaS solutions and platforms.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of business needs and commitment to delivering high-quality and efficient services to the business.
  • Hands-on experience with Anti-Virus solutions.
  • Experience with troubleshooting issues on Apple, Windows, Linus, Unix + Android, and iOS devices.
  • Knowledge and experience in deploying Google Cloud, Active Directory and/or Microsoft Azure Active Directory services.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to easily and effectively interact with customer’s technical, non-technical, support, and business staff at all levels.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently or with a team, and be able to transition quickly between issues with minimal supervision.
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, IT/ Information Security, or related sciences preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, and work experience.
  • 3+ years of IT experience, particularly in a security-centric role.
  • Demonstrable experience with regulatory compliance and information security management frameworks (e.g., SOC, ISO 27000, COBIT, NIST etc.) is an asset.
