  • Global Cloud Practice Center of Competency (CoC) Sales Leader responsible to sell Kyndryl Multicloud Management Platform (MCMP) Solutions to Enterprise IT clients and make Kyndryl the market leader in the Modern Operations space;
  • Establish a deep understanding of our Multicloud Management Platform offerings and solutions (and that of our key competitors) and be able to demonstrate these capabilities to clients and position their value within the context of each clients business;
  • Be recognized as a sales leader for MCMP across Kyndryl;
  • Pro-actively collaborate and team with (and lead) colleagues across Kyndryl (partners, sellers, pricers, solutioners, delivery professionals etc.) as required to achieve your financial goals (including contributing to account planning sessions);
  • Exceed client expectations with the MCMP services engagement to be deployed following a sale;
  • Develop, manage and report opportunity pipeline effectively to achieve/exceed sales targets (in accordance with Kyndryls tools and processes);
  • Develop, grow and maintain successful business relationships at all levels (up to and including Board level) within all the clients with whom you engage;
  • Secure client references for Kyndryl and MCMP;
  • Capture lessons learned - both good and bad - from your territorys sales pursuits and provide feedback;
  • Provide insight to Kyndryl Sales Executives / Marketing / Offerings / Product Management / Engineering teams - based on client engagement experience and feedback - on how to make our offering and solution proposals more compelling to clients and thereby increase our market share.
  • Enable, coach, and provide thought leadership to MCMP with Kyndryls across the Countries. This is a position helping to build and execute sales strategies for a strategic part of Kyndryl which will enable Kyndryl to change the model for how Enterprises manage Hybrid/Multi Cloud IT.
  • Ability to team and collaborate across many functions (i.e. delivery, solutioning, marketing, sales, offering management, etc.).
  • Transformational leadership focused on running a business that is being defined within the our clients markets and within Kyndryl.
