We look for people who have a safety-first mindset, who are collaborative team players, who deliver on their commitments, who are innovators in search of a better way, and who believe in inclusion.Working at Nutrien will provide you an opportunity to help us Feed the Future, and grow your career.Reports to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, Phosphate.This position is intended to be an 8-month or 12-month term starting January 2023.What you will do:Support annual budgeting cycle, working with stakeholders across the Nutrien organizationSupport various monthly/quarterly/annual reporting requirementsPrepare monthly and quarterly financial variance reports for senior leadershipAssist with ongoing financial analysis to support business decisionsSupport development of automated reporting using SAP/Hyperion and Power BIAssist with testing of systems to support software enhancementsComplete ad hoc analysis, projects and initiatives as assignedWhat you will bring:Currently enrolled in a university degree or diploma program in Accounting or FinanceMinimum GPA of 3.0 is preferredStrong analytical acumen with capacity to identify, scope and solve problemsStrong critical thinking skills and attention to detailExperience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with strong skills in Microsoft ExcelExperience in utilizing financial models would be an assetExperience with SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Power Query and Power BI would be an assetAre you a good match Apply today!Nutrien is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
